CEO
Mr. Croce’s specialty is in start-up businesses and having successfully managed three companies from the ground up, his passion is evident.  As CEO of Phybridge, Mr. Croce brings balance with his seasoned experience in management and finance.  Prior to joining the company, Mr. Croce was the founding President and CEO of Counsel Wealth Management.  Under Mr. Croce’s leadership, the company grew to over $2 billion in assets, making Counsel one of the fastest growing fund companies of its time in Canada.  Mr. Croce has also served as a partner of Anthem Properties based in Vancouver, Canada.  During his time with the company, Anthem Properties grew to over $500 million in real estate assets and over $200 million in investor equity.  In 1998, Anthem Properties became public and was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, Mr. Croce playing a pivotal role in the company’s monumental achievement.  Prior to establishing Anthem Properties, Mr. Croce’s earlier success was as business development representative for AGF Management, a leading Canadian mutual fund company. 

Will Harris
Vice President of Sales
Mr. Harris has over 18 years of Information Technology and Telecommunications experience in both the SMB and the Enterprise markets.  He has held senior sales executive and sales leadership roles within Telus, Mitel and Xerox. In addition, Mr. Harris headed the sales unit for a medium sized VAR in the Greater Toronto Area.  Most recently, while at Mitel, he was instrumental in the creation and signing of a multi-million dollar contract with Rogers Communications Inc. to supply a hosted VoIP solution into the Canadian SMB market place. This offering, branded EasyIP, is in its initial stages of roll out.  Mr. Harris’ proven track record is an integral part of Phybridge. 
Rounded Rectangle: Oliver Emmanuel
President 
Mr. Emmanuel, the founder of Phybridge, is recognized for his innovative approach and lateral thinking.  He has a proven track record of undertaking challenging projects and bringing them to completion successfully.  Mr. Emmanuel is respected as a veteran in the telecommunications industry with over two decades of experience leading projects in Europe, Africa, North America and Asia.  His broad telecommunications experience encompasses legacy PBX, IP Telephony, wireless and video.  He has held senior engineering positions at Unisys, Scientific Atlanta (division of Cisco), and MCK Telecommunications.  Mr. Emmanuel has been recognized for his significant contributions in innovative designs which resulted in enhanced corporate profitability.  Mr. Emmanuel is a visionary who holds several patents.                               

Semeon Hrushovetz, P. Eng.
Vice President of Technology
Mr. Hrushovetz brings to Phybridge over 15 years of experience in business and engineering development in networking and telecommunications.  Most recently he has held senior engineering positions at Verso and Citel Technologies including Engineering Manager for the Calgary Research and Development offices.  Mr. Hrushovetz has also filled positions with Norscan Instruments which utilized his knowledge in circuit design and surface mount technology.  Other past experiences include posts at MCK Telecommunications, a leader in distributed business voice applications.  His responsibilities at the company included managing the engineering group accountable for developing key features of MCK’s flagship product, the Extender.  Mr. Hrushovetz’ earlier achievements include founding and building Fortress Software Inc. into a successful private business.  Mr. Hrushovetz’ range of experience in the telecommunications field is an invaluable asset to our company.

Eric Amirault, P.Eng.
Director of Engineering
Mr. Amirault has nearly two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry.  Prior to joining our company, he has contributed his extensive engineering skill set to Fortune 500 companies such as Wang, Motorola and Scientific Atlanta (a division of Cisco).  In 1996, while at Scientific Atlanta, Mr. Amirault as part of a team received the 48th Annual Emmy Award for Outstanding Achievement in Engineering Development.  This prestigious honor was bestowed upon the team in recognition for pioneering work in the development, implementation and standardization of MPEG-2 digital video compression for television signal delivery.  
Mr. Amirault’s strong background in the telecommunications field and his impeccable eye for detail is a great asset to Phybridge’s inherent success.
